I dip my heart in yellow roses, hide my soul in jaded black, I may just be a bandit; branded “prince” upon my hat.
I do not think I am…

I am a lost prince; married to the moon.
A forest hide’s my heart within.
I love a heart that’s pure; but knows a lot of sin.

I’ve been thinking of love again, conversations in my head.
A perfect sleeping angel; lying in my bed?
I know that they’re my best friend; but I don’t know them yet. And so I look and try…

There’s a friendship lover’s share, that goes beyond close-friends. Where people go, the lover’s stay; in heart and mind all day.

No patience for the pointless,
No respect for the fools,
I’d like to make a difference,
But I’m lacking all the tools.

Is it better to speak with plenty of words behind a few?
Or is it better to write it all out,
For those who never knew?
